1. You will receive instructions and an official license in PDF format with which you've to register with me before you can resell "The Platinum Software Collection".

2. The suggested retail price of "The Platinum Software Collection" is $49.97. I can not legally force you to sell it at that price. All we can do is call upon your sense of honor that you would not degrade the product by selling it for any less. It's actual worth will be 10 times that amount..

3. You may change the website sales letter in any way that you want as long as the copyright information remains intact and you do not misrepresent the product, its offer or its author and contributors.

4. You may sell the contents of the collection separately or as a complete package.

5. You MAY authorize other people to sell the complete package. You may sell the product, and the resale rights.

6. You may package "The Platinum Software Collection” as a bonus item to your own product, provided your product’s selling for at least $19.

7. You may NOT sell this product at any online auction, including, but not limited to, eBay.com. It must be sold from your own website.

8. You MAY NOT market this product in any immoral or unethical manner, including UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

9. You MUST setup the sales website on your own server.  You must send your customers of this product to the registration link that will be included in your Master Resale Rights package before they are allowed to access my download location.  All downloads must be hosted at my servers to ensure that link integrity is maintained. You may, if you wish, download all of the software and host them on your severs to resell to your customers, BUT then you may NOT make any reference to "The Platinum Software Collection".

10. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

11. You may NOT give away "The Platinum Software Collection" under any circumstances. And you may NOT offer membership to anyone in exchange for their email addresses or any other activity that does not involve a legitimate cash sale preferably to the value of $49.97 or more

This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Xone Marketing Enterprises or one of it's authorized representatives.
